A few sayings/questions I get working at the Jester West desk: (in no particular order)

1) Where's the Jester West desk? Lobby?
2) My mom is coming to meet me here.
3) Camper: How do I get into my room?
Us: Did you turn the key and push the door?
Camper: Uh no.
4) Where's the restroom?
5) I lost my mealcard, where do I go to do that?
6) I lost my key.
7) William: Talk to that woman on the phone.
8) Can I make a copy? Why not?
9) Where am I supopsed to be right now?
10) Why can't I leave this TV/VCR/Money for my child? All the other parents did.
11) Q: Where's the message board?
A: Behind you.
Q: I don't see it.
A: Turn around.
12) What do you mean "conference"?
13) I need to leave this for my child. Where do I go to do that?

Man, this has been a birthday week that I won't forget for a while...well until the alzheimer's starts to kick in...
anyway, we had the most awesome party at our apartmnt for my birthday. none of MY friends came but my roommate invited all of her friends which is like 11ty hundred people...so I met a lot of cool people...hopefully made a few friends and i don't THINK i offended anyone by my truthful ramblings throughout the night...philip said i was so "awesome" in that particular state...on Saturday after all the passer outers had left, me and phil went to Katy Mills mall in Katy...we met my mom thre...i think that's gonna be our halfway point from now on...anyway, we saw Lilo and Stitch...SO FUNNY!!! i laughed almost the entire time, it was great....Sunday we went to Lake Travis...got the worst sunburn ever, but I went with my roommate, Lia, and a bunch of her friends...once again...had a great time, ate some watermellon...waiting on that tan to kick in! sorry if it sounds like i'm rambling, but i'm at work and trying to type all this out without someone getting onto me. So yesterday the 24th was my real birthday day...i thik my whole family called me to wish me a happy birthday...then the last one was my sister, who sang to me...if you've heard my sister sing, you know that she has the sweetest voice and really can sing when she wants to. it made me cry, and then I realized that even though I had been home a few times this summer, I'm starting to get homesick...i've been in college for 2 years now, and it's just starting to take it's effect on me...i think it's the whole birthday, getting older, being 20 making me a little sad. so any phone calls from home might make me cry within the next week...any phone calls are always appreciated though. :)
