Hi there!

So as many of you read, the Fed-Ex guy had a girlfriend. But no worries, at least I tried, right?

This past weekend was pretty nice. I spent most of it with my roommate (Kristy) and her boyfriend (Issa). Saturday Kristy and I tried to go fly kites at Zilker Park before the rainstorms came through. But right before the storms, the wind just died! So we gave up and went to the botanical gardens across the street. We got caught in the pouring rain! So Kristy ran to get the car and we decided to go to Flipnotics. Well, there was no parking at Flipnotics because we forgot about SXSW. So we decided to hit up the stores on South Congress. I always enjoy looking through all the cool stuff down there. We went to this one store, I can't remember the name but they have a bunch of funky off the wall stuff. We found some really neat picture mobiles there. Later that night we went out to eat and had a few drinks then came home and watched "Jacob's Ladder." Well, I watched Jacob's ladder, the two of them fell asleep. Interesting movie by the way.

On Sunday I went to the gym and when I got home Kristy and I went for a bike ride. It was so fun; I hadn't been on a bike in forever! Later we went to see Robots, which was a really cute movie. As per usual with those. Oh and Friday we saw Million Dollar Baby. Good movie. Go see it.

I sorted things out with Roberto and I have my friend back. He realized how much he hurt me and that he should be able to count on me to be a better friend than he had given me credit for. So maybe this whole situation has made our friendship stronger. I don't have feelings for him anymore either. So maybe what happened happened for the best after all.

Other than that I overslept for work today. Mostly because I didn't get home til 2am after talking with Berto. Fuuuuudge. I'm at work right now actually. So please forgive the erraticness of this blog. Thanks!
