Why is it so hot in Texas???

Man I miss the Costa Rica weather just walking around all day on campus!

So after only getting about 4 1/2 hours of sleep I had my first day of class today. Man it was so hard getting out of the house. So amny things were going wrong this morning! I kept tripping and running into things, which only made me grumpier. I made a waffle with peanut butter and when i tried to eat it in the car, i got peanut butter on my pants. So I really thought I was going to be late. I get out of the car and walk halfway to the bus stop I realized I left my drink on the top of my car. SO I ran back to get it. Thankfully I didn't miss the bus because that would have just topped everything off. I got to campus and I realized I went into the wrong building just as the bells tolled the hour. I was a couple of minutes late to class. After all of that, it was ok because I had a break and I could regroup. So I went to the library and tried to get a copy card. The machine wouldn't read my card! So I tried again and finally it worked so I could print out my study abroad evaluation sheet. So I went to my second class and it was very short. But then I went to the study abroad advisor's office and she never showed up. After thirty minutes I asked the receptionist and she said she was holding an information session in the back room, the one I was supposed to be at!! Oy. At least she thought I was going to be late and I didn't look like such a fool in her eyes. Oh well. So I went to UIL to talk to the head honcho to see if I still had a job. He said we'll see. I guess everything works out in the end. I came home and tried working on the apartment a little while to make it presentable. Maybe I'll have it done by the end of the week. Alright well I'm off to run a mile or so. And yes, I can run a mile straight, I even suprised myself. Have a good week everyone. Hope your first day at school was better than mine. Adios muchachos!
