I was SOOO excited today! I found my favorite Costa Rican dish at Walmart tonight: Gallo pinto! It's flavored rice with black beans. It rocks, I just made it and, it's not the same as being in Costa Rica, but it's pretty damn good! Hooray for gallo pinto!!! *happy happy happy*
