YEaaaah. Well, the packing is going pretty slowly, but I'm totally proud of myself for starting earlier than the day before I leave. I have tons of stuff ready to take to the storage place in the hallway and the living room. And that's only a quarter of my room. Bleah. So I went shopping today and spent a ton of money on new clothes (ones without logos on them) for Costa Rica. They don't want you to stand out as an obvious American, although I don't know how I'd pass for a Tica anyway. Kinda white around the gills, ya know? But now I have some nicer, plainer clothes that don't have UT on them. I figure they'll be good to have for when I get back to the U.S. That is....if I DO come back. Hehehe. Well, I doubt I would, but the thought has crossed my mind that I could really love Costa Rica and never want to come back. I mean, I could just find a job translating or doing Latin American advertising somewhere. Who knows.

Speaking of gills, one of my fish finally kicked the bucket. That's why I don't name them. I still haven't flushed him, it's still really sad. I don't deal with death very well, for any living thing, and ESPECIALLY humans. Ok, outta the dark crap.

So I kinda got into a wreck today. Well, sorta. There wasn't any damage done to either cars, so the lady and I were like, "you cool? I'm cool, let's get outta here." No harm, no foul. Kinda wigged me out though, cause right before I hit her (heh) I was like: damn. Nothing else, cause I saw it coming and I knew I was going to hit her. Very calm, and I think that's what scared me. I realized later the airbag could have gone off. That's what freaked me out. It could have done more damage than the little bitty fender bender. Just what is the price for safety these days?

No news on the boy front. F-it. I quit. I saw a Happy Bunny shirt today at Hot Topic that said "I love boys they're stupid." Amen bunny, amen. What's the hardest is wanting something you can't have. *Sigh*

Anyway, I'm going to take a shower and hit the hay. I slept til 1pm today, first time in a long time, but I did so much and I'm super tired here at 1:30 in the a.m. Hope to hear from all of you before I leave. Adios.
